I am trying to subscribe but the website does not accept the address ('’Check de beschikbare internetsnelheden en aanbiedingen op jouw adres.'’ the error is: '’Vul eerst je postcode en huisnummer in om door te gaan met bestellen. Dan weten we zeker dat we de internetsnelheid bij jou kunnen leveren.'’), however when I check if the fiber arrives to the address, the website can recognize it and it gives me the message '’Goed nieuws! In je nieuwbouwwoning is KPN Glasvezel beschikbaar.'’. Could I get support?

It looks that it is possible for you to get internet by KPN. 

My suggestion is that you call tomorrow between 8.00 and 18.00 with 0800-0402. That's the number of KPN and they will help you further.
