Hello,

I have installed the modem following the instructions and it still says that it's connected without Internet.

My subscription started today the 13th May.

You should have internet but unfortunately you don't have any. You said you followed the intstructions. Did you al gave the modem a reset? If that doesn't work, fastest way to get in touch is via 0800-0402. You will have direct contact with my colleague.
