I have no KPN connection point tot install my modem

I used ziggo before and switched to kpn, I don't have compatible point anywhere in my house this is where ziggo is connected

The connection in your photo is indeed not one we use, that is a COAX connector and we use either an IS/RA-point or a fiber FTU. You can see options of what both can look like on our website (in Dutch): Wat voor aansluiting heb je?

Is there a connection like that in your house?

    There needs to be one of those, because we don't use the one on your photo. Have you tried calling us yet? If you we're able to place an order, there should be one. If you really can't find it, it's best to give us a call. A colleague can make an appointment with an engineer, who will look for it aswel.
