I have not had internet since I signed a contract with KPN (since May). I had 7 technicians, each came when they wanted, not at the agreed time and each said that someone else had to come. I wasted so much time on technicians that I started to feel like I was an employee of KPN and not a customer. After many difficult phone calls to the customer service office, we managed to arrange to cancel the subscription. But for 2 weeks they have been ignoring me and writing some nonsense. I am so tired of this situation that I have to ask a lawyer for help. A nightmare.
