I am moving to a new address in April, how can I keep my current wifi connection? And how will the installation work when I move into a new home?

The form does not load and I see this message - “

Er gaat iets fout bij het ophalen van de gegevens van je thuis abonnement, probeer het later nog eens.”

Also I am not good with Dutch hence I do not understand the options on dialling the customer care number. Any help is much appreciated.
