I need help to install my KPN Box12

Hello, I can not manage to install modem KPN BOX 12 (foto 2) to optical fibres cassette from the wall (foto 1). I can not find the connections.

You're missing a ‘glasvezelmodem’ (optical fibre), something like this:

That should slide over the white ‘Glasvezelaansluitpunt’ and then you can connect the Box 12 to that.

If you didn't receive it then call Customer service 0800-0402 (mo to fr 08:00 - 18:00, sa 08:00 - 17:00) and tell them you didn't receive it.
