I placed a new order after cancellation, but I haven't heard anything about it yet

I recently ordered KPN Internet and received the router, but then I heard that my landlord had ordered one for me, so I cancelled it and returned the router. However, my landlord also cancelled it 😅 and now I have to order again myself. The connection date is 2 days away, but I haven’t received anything nor the activation day has been confirmed. Is everything okay? Is it okay to cancel and order again? I wanna call customer support but every number I tried didn’t work.

Hi @Gia Huy Nguyen , I took a look. I see that my colleagues sent you an email last Monday. This is because you submitted a request with us. However, there is no infrastructure in place from us to your residence yet. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with internet service at the moment. You can, however, initiate a feasibility study with KPN Network. If there are any costs associated with it, they will be your responsibility or your landlord's.
Our only contactnumber is 0800-0402. For the next time. 

Hopefully you have internet soon.
