I received my modem, can my contract start sooner?

HI Team

 

I have my modem already delivered to my place. I have done all my connection but still internet is not available. My Internet start date is 9th. Can i change it to today or tomorrow 4th or 5th of the month prepone it.

Hi @Raunak, welcome to our forum. If the startdate of your internet is the 9th, it will be available from that day forward. You'll reveive a text message on that day informing you it is activated. 

We can't bring that date forward, we can only move it further down.
