I was promised id have internet working and set up by the 29th but now they’re saying i have to wait 2 more weeks for some technician i didnt ask for and wasnt mentioned before.

Do you just want to reveal that you are angry? Or do you have a question?


My issue is that the started billing date is today and according to all the emails they were supposed to set up my internet today, but now they tell me i have to wait 2 more weeks without internet while getting billed for it. So my question is why hasn’t my internet been set up on the date promised?

Did they give a reason?  Is there perhaps a delay in the fibre construction?
