Sorry, I think I got too excited to receive the package and missed that there is an appointment with a technician scheduled for next Monday.
Could you please confirm that the technician will be able to install the ONT when they come next Monday? This is what I currently have:
- KPN Box received today
- In my apartment in the meter cupboard, I have blue fiber cable and green fiber cable

Call tomorrow between 8.00 and 18.00 with 0800-0402. They can see what the technician will fix in your house next monday. Â

Hi @nikitap, welcome! We automatically schedule a technician when we deem that the fiber unit installation cannot be done/finished by the customer themselves. So, your appointment for coming Monday means that, indeed, the technician will be installing the ONT and make sure your services are in working order :)
