HI 

I ordered a package on September, since then, i still dont have the package, and they keep postponing the delivery of my package and internet connection due to something on the optical fiber of my neighborhood, something that they dont explain before you close the order.. anyway.. the thing is that I cant wait for it anymore since i work from home and i need the internet, i am on 5g here.

That's why i am trying to cancel the package i bought... but everyplace I call or talk is in dutch and I  cant do nothing. 

Where i can go to cancel the package that i ordered?? who can help me here??
I really need help, please.

I'm afraid the only way to cancel orders is through my colleagues at the cancellations department. There are a couple of ways to reach them.
You can call them on 0800-0402

You can that with them through www.kpn.com/service

You can fill in the form on https://kpn.com/annuleren
