I am having the same issue . I want to reset my Router password but unsuccessful.
I resetted the router from the pin reset, but still not able to change passw.
Admin: afgesplitst, eigen topic voor je aangemaakt.

Hi Stefania, welcome on our board.
This is the way to go. Are you sure that you have pressed the pin with a tooth pick for about 10 seconds right untill the led(s) went out?
After that you need to usw the WPA/WiFi password on the back of the router or the the interface password if you want to change that one.
