On Jan 7 I leave the country and want to return the router by the time you send me a box for return of the router I’m gone. On Jan 6 I like to return the router at your store on the Frederick Hendrik Laan in Den Haag

In order to round the cancellation the best and fastest way, I'm advicing you to send the hardware back to our Logistics department (instead of one of our stores)

We can send you a return box for the hardware, but I don't know if it will arrive on time... Please contact our Customer Service so they can send you a return box. You can contact them Monday at 0800 0402.

An other option is to use some kind of box that you have and send the hardware to us. You can send it to the following adress (free of shipping costs):

Please enclose a note with your name, zipcode and housenumber so we can connect it to your subscription/ Customer number.
