i do not have bank account in NL, and i tried to insert IBAN from bank not from NL (but it is in EU), on your website looks like is not accepting, how to solve the problem

For a foreign bankaccount you need to change it to a bankaccount from a SEPA country. Since this needs verification you can only do this via the customer service 0800 0402 or the chat option.

 

Go to https://www.kpn.com/service.htm

Select Administration, scroll down to “Ik heb een andere vraag of wil graag contact” and scroll down for the chatbot.
