My install package was returned because I was on holiday and my appointment is coming up next week and I don’t have a package for the engineer. I don’t know how to order a new one. Or. can I go to the KPN store and pick one up there? Thank you.

Fastest way is too call 0800-0402. My colleague can sent you a new installation package.
