It’s been already a week from the date I received that the cable will be installed. Nobody came to do the work and install the infrastructure, and on the status page, the date is still increasing. 

 

It is pretty sad that there is nobody to contact me and to explain why I'm still waiting and when the work will be done. 

 

What I should do? With whom I need to talk to get some updates/ information.

Hi @Dmitri Batir, welcome to our forum. The glasvezel (fiber optic) network is installed and managed by KPN Netwerk as Hans already mentioned. KPN Network and KPN (the provider, us) are different companys. We can't see the details of the network they can. Have you contacted them yet?
