installation glasvezel?

My friend got glasvezel  over 6 months ago  box inside house  what he need to  go  to get this running 

mounter told him that kpn will contact him but is 6 months and nothing  who i need to call ? o write ???

@elite1  You need to get a subscription at (for instance) KPN Glasvezel internet en glasvezel abonnementen | KPN  or call at 0800-0402 customerservice KPN.
