Installation issue with Box 12

A BIG MISTAKE IN MY LIFE THAT I CHOOSED KPN INTERNET :( NOT ABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE REGARDING INSTALLATION ISSUE.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to ask you to call us again. When you call us on our 0800-0402 number (which is free), indicate you want to make a ‘monteursafspraak’ and just stay on the line. You should end up with a colleague.

i already called and pressed all required numbers but no response and after sometime call got disconnected

When you call within 15 minutes after your last call, the systems knows that you want to speak to a person and you get a person @MAYUR

@Erik van KPN Unfortunately, I've tried several times online with my KPN ID, but it seems the webpage is not available. I also called customer care and pressed all the required numbers, but nothing happened. Now, since two days , I've been without internet at home, and I don’t know when I will have internet again. The issue is that at home, I had Ziggo internet, which uses a coax cable connection, so I'm not able to connect to the KPN network. I checked at home and found an optic fiber point, but it needs a connection point to be made there. That's why I need a technician from KPN who could finish this installation. Moreover, I was thinking of using a coax converter, but I am not sure if  KPN Box 12 is MoCA enabled, so I don’t think even using a converter will work.
