Internet connection didn't work after power off

Hello, on last sunday, the power in my house was off because of overload. After that I turn on the power but from that moment, the internet connection at my home is off. I tried to reset modem but it didn’t work.

Hi @Thoa Le ,

Are you using fiber or DSL? In case of fiber, also check the box where the fiber enters, to make sure no red lights are on there.

If you have DSL, then the problem could be in the modem. KPN would have to figure that out. Enter your private data in your profile, so a moderator can look into it.
