My internet is not connecting, and when I call your customer service it only speaks Dutch and doesn't connect me to anyone. Then when I use your website and out in my contact number and address it tells me to contact your customer service number.

Hi @MattM. Welcome here! How annoying that your internet connection is not working. The options menu of our customer service is indeed in Dutch.
