Internet is constantly dropping (Wifi and wired)

Hi, from a couple of days ago my internet modem is constantly malfunctioning, the internet (wi-fi and wired) is on and off along the whole day, and the modem lights looks kinda it reset itself

Are you still experiencing this issue? What modem are you currently using?

The quickest way to reach our customer service about this is by phone on 0800-0402 (toll free and 24x7)
