Internet is not working since this morning

Good morning!

My wifi is not working properly. The green light keeps blinking. I have tried to 

restart and reset the wifi but no luck

Hello @Internet is not working, the fastest way to get this problem fixed is by calling the customer service. An agent can realtime then deliver a solution for the problem. When i take a look at your subscription i see you already called the customer service. 

I hope your internet is now working fine again.
