I have followed the online instructions to install the modem, and have waited for roughly an hour. The internet light is still blinking green. Is this because of an installation error, error on the infrastructure or on the connection itself from KPN?

Did you manage to resolve this issue? If not the best course of action is to call 0800 0402.

It has been solved thank you, obe of your technicians found a fault on the line and corrected it.
