Internet low speed and lose connections

we already have two month internet from KPN but internet speed never goes more than 32 Mbps and during the day we have lose connection more than 15 time

That 32 Mbit, is that a cabled speed, or via wifi? And the loss of connection, is that the whole connection, or just the wifi?

Can you also tell me a bit more about which router you have, if you use any wifi access points, and where in your house these devices are placed?
