Internet speed went down to 20 Mbit/s from 150

I have dsl connection 200 mbit, it was working flawlessly up to 150-180 mbit, then i had network down for few hours and after that speed never went over 20 mbit with packetloss. I have cable connection to measure, already used tool to reset modem etc etc.

Welcome to the forum @Andreyk. You're experiencing a big difference in speed! Testing it with a cable connection is the best way, but the result is not what it should be. You said you've resetted the modem 'etc’. What is the etc exactly? We can't see what you see, we only know what you tell us. The more you tell us, the more we can think with you and we won't ask you things you might have tried already.
