It's good of you to ask here. First, for home customer service, you'll want to use 0800-0402. The 1200-number is our mobile customerservice. The menu of 0402 has (Dutch) speech recognition, so you can say what it is you want help with and it will pass you through. If it doesn't understand, it will transfer you to an allround agent.
