I received an invoice for this month and it says in my KPN app that it has been paid but there hasn’t been any money deducted from my account… it’s been 4 days since the deducted payment was supposed to happen. I’d like to contact KPN to see whether they have actually received money for the invoice or whether it only says its been confirmed as it was set to direct debit.
