Is a technician really necessary for installing my connection?

Is the adjustment of the connection needed because I took different internet speed than previous owner of the apartment? If so, can I just increase my package to match the previous speed so that I don’t need the technician? Connecting the modem by myself is not an issue. It’s just that getting off work earlier to meet the technician is a a problem.

Hi @Fiddler . Sometimes a physical change is needed if you upgrade to a certain internetspeed.

What kind of subscription did you order?

internet only 100 Mb/s so probably the lowest speed available. If rising the speed/package of the internet would make it possible to have it without the need of the technician I would gladly take it.
