Is it possible that my internet contract starts earlier?

Hi, I’m moving to a new house and need internet for my work.  The new house has a fiber connection through KPN.  I was called on the fifth of April to setup that connection, with a start date on the fifth of May.  I was told at that time I could call a few days ahead of the move and have the start date moved up to the date of the move.  However, when I called the number, they specified that we could not.

 

Is it possible to move the start date of the internet service to an earlier date?

    If you fill out your address specific data in your profile, a moderator from KPN may look into your details and tell you whether this will be possible or not.

        I see that you specified April 21 as the start date when you placed the order. Because that day was not available, we had to move it up to April 24th.

        So unfortunately it can't be done sooner, but luckily you won't have to wait that long anymore. 🙂
