Is it possible to change the modem from Experia box v10 to v10A?

My apartment install the KPN internet this month, but I found that the modem is Experia box v10 and doesn't support the URL fileter and time control for specific device.

As I've learned that v10a support the URL filter, so is it possible to change the box from v10 to v10a for me ?

Hi @Wang , an interesting discussion about features, but let’s go back to the original question.

The answer to this question is simple: no.

KPN will only replace a modem when it’s broken and even then it might be the same model.

Hello @Wang ,

It looks so nice, but the (URL) Web Filter is a legacy option. The most web pages use https instead of http. The router can not filter https web pages.

Thank you for the quick response. I use the T-Mobile home internet before, and the box support the https/http url filter, it also can support the internet control per device, so that the internet can be unavailable for a specified time everyday for specified device. But now, this box doesn't support, right?
