ISRA not available in my home?

Hello KPN!

I recently moved and do not understand how to connect ExperiaBox. As far as I understand, I have to connect it to the ISRA cable, but I cannot find it, neither in the electrical panel nor in the form of electrical outlets. Previous tenants used Ziggo's internet via cable TV. I called the KPN mechanic for February 23rd, but I'm afraid if he can make a connection? Could it be that there is no ISRA point in the house at all?
