Can someone from KPN help? The internet is not working properly. it stops working 3-5 times per day, or it’s very slow.

  • Could you elaborate on the problems you're experiencing?
  • How are your devices connected?
  • Are you using additional network devices such as routers, repeaters or powerline adapters?
  • What are the LED's on your modem doing when you're experiencing issues?

If you're experiencing this issues on WiFi, could you walk through the steps of our online wifimanager?
