KPN internet is working very slow until I reset the modem

Hello there,

My internet connection is working very slowly; I get around 5-10MB download.
This issue occurs every second day; I need to reset the modem.

It is frustrating. Could you please check what the issue is?

Hi @ZachB, I can imagine that is frustrating! Can you tell us more about it, do you experience this via Wifi of a wired connection? If it is via Wifi, can you check the speed on a computer that has a wired connection to the modem? 

I went to check your connection and I noticed a new modem being send already. I take it you've had contact via a different way?
