Hi,

I have a question about KPN fiber infrastructure. My internet service provider is Budgetthuis. I had have mechanic appointment with Budgethuis mechanic, this guy came to my house and said that problem in the fiber box and he created service ticket with KPN which is fiber infrastructure provider but I did not get any phone call or e-mail from KPN to make an service appointment. How can I know do I really have a ticket?

Call kpn network 088-0063 744. They are the ones for the infrastructure


Welcome to the community @ErcanKaradede. We can't help you with this. This community is for the provider KPN, not the network side. We can only access KPN customer data, not data fro other providers. You can either call the number Glille mentioned, or contact Budget. Since they are your provider, they are your contact. They have their own entry with the network side.
