KPN services stopped working

I have been using the service for over 8 months until it stopped working about 4 days ago. I work remotely, and it’s my main internet I use. Please assist.

Sorry to hear that your KPN services aren't working at the moment.

Did the internet just stop without any warning? And what have you already tried yourself?

Could you also fill in your forum profile, and let me know when you did? Then I can check if something is wrong at our side.
