KPN Unlimited Sim ( Aansluitkosten? )

Sorry, my netherlands is not so great so I am gonna talk in english.

I have a week ago order a simcard with unlimited internet/call and sms 35 euro per month

but i saw this one in my first facture ( down here ) ‘’Aansluitkosten 25,00 euro’’

is that one time payment? - I dont want pay 60 euro every month for that.

This amount is a one time payment (in Dutch: Eenmalig) covering the costs of starting your subscription. It’s gone on the next invoices.
