mijnmodem.kpn’s server IP address could not be found.

@JB96 , @Thomas only the Experiabox resolves mijnmodem.kpn, so if you have a different DNS provider like Google 8.8.8.8, it won't work.

 

@JanD , 192.168.2.254 doesn't work, at least on V12, as all modem webpages refer to mijnmodem.kpn

 

So use the Experiabox as DNS server, or create an entry in your HOSTS file.

The IP-adress to connect to the modem is 192.168.2.254

Then you can login with your username and password @JB96

unfortunately that doesnt work   ,  it’s an IPv6 address and name is not resolved
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Hi @JB96, welcome to our forum! Could you try a different browser and/or a different device? Are you using any other network devices like wifi repeaters, switches or anything like that?

Also could you try a reboot and/or reset of your modem?
