Low Internet speed

Hi,

I recently changed my contract with Kpn, because I moved in to another house. My current contract is for 50mbps, however I can only get around 11mbps.

Could you please help me with this?

Good morning @Aykut, I'm afraid I don't have good news. The maximum speed  on your new adress is only 15Mbit/s. There's simply no capacity for more on this connection. There are no planned upgrades on your adress at this time.
