Maintenance technician did not show up

On Friday (4th of August) suddenly internet stopped working and when I reached customer service no solution can be provided for the problem. I made a reservation for today (7th of August) for maintenance between 17.00-21.00.

 

I arrange all my personal agenda and be at home for this time. And nobody showed up ? 

 

I ask immediate solution for my case.

Hi @erinc, welcome to the forum. In situations like that it's easier and quicker to call us at 0800-0402. I see you've done that in this situation and I see a note from an engineer from yesterday. According to that the connection was resolved yesterday.

I came to update the status and saw your message Jasper. Correct, yesterday maintenance came at the time indicated (100% on time, if you don’t count Monday), and he perform his task very professionally with a very good English communication. You can close the topic.
