Missing XGS-PON ONT device in installation package

Dear KPN service team,

I recently subscribed to KPN’s fiber optic service and received my installation package. However, after following the official installation guide, I realized that the XGS-PON ONT device was missing from the package. As shown in the attached image, my wall setup only includes a fiber termination point (Glasvezelaansluitpunt), and without the ONT, I am unable to complete the installation.

Could you please urgently send me the missing ONT device? I would like it to be delivered to my preferred PostNL pickup point as soon as possible:
