Mobile is disconnected and I received a DSL modem instead of fiber

I am a new client with KPN for mobile and internet.

they have disconnected my mobile number for no reason and also send me a normal DSL moden instead of glass fiber and naturally I don't have internet.

It's awful! Can someone from client service contact me somehow?

Hi @Angelina Davydova, welcome to our forum. If I understand correctly there are 2 different things happening? One with your mobile sunscription and one with the DSL/fiber connection? I don't know the exact situation, since there are no details on your profile. Can you tell us more about it and fill out your profile?

When you ordered a subscription what did the postal code check suggest for possibility of fiber? Is there a fiber connection in your house?
