Modem nog niet bezorgd

hi

waiting for modem at (...) problem is that i will be home until monday morning after that i am travelling and will return in next 30 or 40 days . Contract  signed 10 days ago

Hi Andrej, sorry for my late reply! 
The modem will be sent out about 5 days before the installation date. When you're not home it will be taken to a PostNL servicepunt.
After a while it'll be sent back to us. I'm assuming this case applies to you too.
I recommend you contact us here or on 0800-0402 a couple of days before your arrival so we can send a new package which should arrive when you're home again!
