Hi,

My modem reboots several times during the day randomly. I could’t find any pattern when or how this happens. I’ve checked all the power connections, reset to factory settings, non of them helped actually. 

Modes: Sagemcom F5359

If you have a glassfiber connection please switch it off for at least 2 min.

 


Thanks guys, I’ll try them… Btw, I have glassfiber connection..


I’ve switched off fiber device and modem, waited 10 minutes and started again, but still same issue, nothing has fixed…

There is nothing wrong with the log files !!

Please call 0800-0402 to check your line.


I’ve contacted support… They’ve confirmed I had several restarts in the connection during the day.. After that day I hadn’t have any interruptions… I don’t know what they’ve fixed but most probably they have solved it on the backbone side..
