Moving home with XS4ALL equipment

Hello! I was originally a customer for XSALL, so I got a FritzBOX router an a TV receiver.

I submitted my move request an all. But I was expecting instructions about my old equipment. Do I need to take it with me? I got an email that “my package” will be delivered soon to my new address, so I suppose is a new equipment (Including FritzBOX I hope)

You have to take everything with you. If any new equipment is being sent the old equipment has to be returned as well. Only thing that you have to leave at the old address is the fiber box if applicable, so both the terminated unit on the wall and the convert that sits on top.
