Moving to new house on the 25th, when will the engineer come? Can't find the info.

Hi,

I've requested moving to new address for (2 mobiles & internet) on 2nd of August for 25th of August. I remember that I saw confirmation screen saying that technician will come on that day. But I can't find any email and status on myKpn for moving show no records :(

how can I confirm this?
