My bill is refunded: how can I pay an unpaid invoice?

The status there will change back to “unpaid”, but it will take some time to register the refund.
After that you'll be able to pay (again). You'll probably receive a reminder (sms or email) with a link to pay via iDEAL.

When you have an outstanding invoice, you can pay it via the link Jeroen sent (Automatisch incasso is mislukt). When this doesn't work, you can contact us at 0800-0402 (free of charge). My colleague can then help you further with this.
