Hello.

Got invoice, but a ccidently submit it to my bank for refund and it was refunded. Invoice left in paid status. How can I pay invoice again?

Hi @zzzteph you mean the invoice status in MijnKPN?

The status there will change back to “unpaid”, but it will take some time to register the refund.
After that you'll be able to pay (again). You'll probably receive a reminder (sms or email) with a link to pay via iDEAL.


Hi @zzzteph, welcome to our forum and thank you for your message. I see that Jeroen and Ruud have already answered your question, thank you for helping. When you have an outstanding invoice, you can pay it via the link Jeroen sent (Automatisch incasso is mislukt). When this doesn't work, you can contact us at 0800-0402 (free of charge). My colleague can then help you further with this.
