Hello i have glass fiber at my house and i used the manuals to set up my modem but it dose not work and i cant connect to kpn support not in English at least. I want to check if everythingnis working before calling a technician can someone please help me with this?

Hi
I understand you want to install the modem on the glass fiber. Is that correct. You have to connect the UTP cable from the fiber socket in the WAN port of the modem.
Have you also disconnected the fiber socket for at least two minutes. Which liights are active on the socket?
If power and connection are not active, the fastest way is to call 0800-0402.
