Hi,

I am having a very annoying problem with my kpn box 12. The box is restarting spontaneously multiple times during the day and takes like 5 minutes to be again back. I am now working from home and is not being easy specially when it happens when I am in video conference calls.

I have already complain with KPN and customer service sent me a new box but still the same problem.I would like you to look at the problem (I saw in the forum that I am not the only one complaining about this problem) otherwise I will start to think to change the internet provider.
