My Wifi is suddenly not working and internet light is blinking on the modem

My KPN Wi-Fi is not working, and the internet indicator on the modem is blinking green. This isn’t a newly activated modem - I’ve been using this KPN modem for over two years, and my Wi-Fi was working fine this morning. Could you please help me resolve the issue? Thank you.

Hello ​@Jung Sun. Welcome to the KPN Community! Not very pleasant, of course, that your internet and WiFi suddenly stopped working. That definitely needs to be looked into.

If you're experiencing a disruption and you notice that the lights on your modem are no longer showing correctly — as seems to be the case for you — we recommend contacting our telephone helpdesk right away. They can assist you directly and help resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can also send us a message via BlueSky, X (formerly Twitter), or Facebook. Just keep in mind that it might take a little longer to receive a response through those channels.

The Community is mainly a place where customers help each other and is not intended as a direct helpdesk. Hopefully, you've already been in touch with us to resolve this. If not, we recommend taking action as soon as possible. You can use the tools below to get started.

The best way to contact us now is via a callback appointment. We will call you at a time that suits you and you will immediately get an employee on the line. You can also contact us via Bluesky, X or Facebook.
